Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using SVD ("the Application"). By using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase of a Pro license, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SVD on up to two (2) devices that you own or control. The Free Trial allows limited use for evaluation purposes.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SVD only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Application complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including copyright laws.

You agree NOT to:

• Download content you do not have the right to access
• Violate copyright or intellectual property rights
• Circumvent digital rights management (DRM) protections
• Use the Application for any illegal purpose
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Application
• Reverse engineer or modify the Application

3. User Responsibility

SVD is a tool that enables downloading of publicly available video content. You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the right to download content
• Complying with the terms of service of websites you download from
• Respecting copyright and intellectual property rights
• Any legal consequences arising from your use of downloaded content

4. Intellectual Property

SVD and all related trademarks, logos, and content are the property of SVD. The Application is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

5. Payment and Refunds

Pro licenses are sold through LemonSqueezy. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with SVD, contact us at byjw.studio@gmail.com for a full refund.

6. Free Trial

The Free Trial provides 7 days of access with the following limitations:

• 3 downloads per day
• 1 simultaneous download

Trial limitations are enforced per device.

7. Updates

Pro license includes lifetime free updates. We may release updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. Updates are optional but recommended.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

SVD is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Application will work with all websites
• Downloads will always be successful
• The Application will be error-free

Website compatibility may change without notice due to changes made by third-party websites.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SVD.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
